REGULAMIN
Organizator
Prawnym Organizatorem wydarzenia Swingin' With The Stars jest Fundacja Kultury ZÅ‚otej Ery Swingu “Swing & Sway”.
Odpowiedzialność
1. Wszyscy uczestnicy wydarzenia biorą w nim udział dobrowolnie i na własną odpowiedzialność. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za ubytki na zdrowiu, rzeczy osobiste i inne straty.
2. Program wydarzenia i grafik zajęć ma charakter wyÅ‚Ä…cznie informacyjny. Organizator doÅ‚oży wszelkich staraÅ„, aby poszczególne wydarzenia odbywaÅ‚y siÄ™ zgodnie z opublikowanym harmonogramem.
3. Organizator zastrzega sobie możliwość zmiany miejsc poszczególnych wydarzeÅ„ oraz zapowiedzianych artystów.
Warunki rejestracji
1. Rejestracji dokonać należy za pomocą formularza rejestracyjnego.
2. Osoby rejestrujące się jako para wypełniają formularz indywidualnie, podając imię i nazwisko partnera. Rejestracja pary jest aktualna wyłącznie jeżeli w przeciągu 12 godzin zarejestrują się obie osoby. W innym przypadku rejestracje traktowane są jako rejestracje indywidualne.
3. Do 7 dni po wysłaniu formularza, rejestrujący otrzyma od Organizatora maila potwierdzającego przyjęcie rejestracji lub przekierowanie na listę oczekującą. Płatności należy dokonać w terminie 48 godzin od momentu wysłania przez Organizatora maila potwierdzającego możliwość udziału w warsztatach. W przypadku gdy Uczestnik nie prześle należnej kwoty w wyznaczonym terminie, jego rejestracja zostanie anulowana.
Płatności
1. Kwota podlegająca wpłacie podana zostanie w mailu potwierdzającym przyjęcie zgłoszenia.
2. Wpłaty należy dokonać w terminie 48 godzin od momentu otrzymania maila potwierdzającego.
3. Płatności należy dokonać w walucie EUR lub PLN
​4. Wpłaty można dokonać osobiście, w siedzibie Organizatora lub przelewem, na podany rachunek bankowy Organizatora
Warunki rezygnacji
1.Rezygnacji można dokonać osobiście lub droga mailową, z adresu poczty elektronicznej podanego w formularzu rejestracyjnym.
2. W przypadku rezygnacji, Organizator zatrzymuje z wpÅ‚aconych przez Uczestnika Å›rodków:
a) 50% kwoty przy rezygnacji do 15.​IX​.2015
b) 100 % kwoty przy rezygnacji po 15.​IX​.2015
3. W indywidualnych wypadkach, gdzie rezygnacja zgÅ‚oszonapo 15.​IX​.2015 wynika ze zdarzeÅ„ losowych niezależnych od uczestnika, Organizator rozważy rekompensatÄ™ tytuÅ‚em wpÅ‚aconych Å›rodków.
Zgoda na wykorzystanie wizerunku
Biorąc udział w jakimkolwiek wydarzeniu odbywającym się w ramach Swingin' With The Stars, uczestnik zgadza się na publikację i wykorzystanie swojego wizerunku utrwalonego w dowolnej formie (zdjęcie, nagranie i inne).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Organizer
The Foundation for the Culture of the Golden Age of Swing “Swing & Sway” is the official event organizer.
Liability
1. All participants take part in this event voluntarily and on their own responsibility. The organizer does not bear responsibility for losses on health, personal belongings or other losses.
2. The event`s program and classes` schedule fulfill an informative role only. The organizer will do his level best to conduct all the events according to the published schedule.
3. The organizer reserves the right to alteration of the places of particular events and the invited artists.
Registration Rules
1. Registration should be done via website form.
2. People registering as a pair fill in the form individually stipulating a name and a surname of a partner. People registering as a pair have 12 hours to send their registrations. If one of the partners does not complete all the formalities connected to the registration, a person is treated as being registered solo.
3. Registrants will get an email from the Organizer within 7 days after submiting the form. The email will say about registration acceptance or waiting list sign up. Payments must be done within 48 hours since the acceptance email from the Organizer. In case of not getting payment within this period, registration will be cancelled.
Payments
1. The price to be paid will be send in the confirmation email from the Organizer. In case of any errors, participants should contact the Organizer to solve the problem.
2. Payment must be done within 48 hours from the moment of receiving confirmation email.
3. All payments must be done in EUR on PLN currency.
4. You can pay in person (in the Organizer headquaters) or via bank transfer on the Organizer`s account.
Resignation`s conditions
1. Resignation can be made personally or by an email, from the address given in the form.
2. In the event of resignation the Organizer keeps the amount of money paid by participants:
a) 50 % of counted and verified payment if the resignation is made till 15 September 2015
b) 100 % of counted and verified payment if the resignation is made after 15 September 2015
3. In individual cases, when the resignation made after 15 September 2015 is a result of chance events independent from the participant, the Organizer will consider a compensation of an amount paid.
An agreement to use an image
Taking part in any event organized during Swingin' With The Stars, a participant agrees to publish and use his/her image fixed in any form (photos, recordings and others).
